Well, you’ve come to the right place!  Yes, I am an ACE-certified personal trainer and weight management specialist who not only “talks the talk” but walks the walk (in 6” clear, plastic stripper shoes mind you…)  And when I’m not blogging or winning fitness competitions, I’m creating customized vegan nutrition and training plans for other vegans or anyone interested in a vegan lifestyle.  Because let’s face it, aren’t we ALL a little veg-curious? 😉

All of my vegan coaching is done online.  And yes, I ONLY train vegans!

And just a heads-up: my vegan meal plans do contain both soy and protein powder. But I also only ever recommend organic, non-GMO tofu and am a HUGE advocate for tempeh as fermented soy is much higher in nutrients and really good for digestion.  I am, however, willing to create soy-free meal plans upon request.

All of my training plans are customized to work with YOUR lifestyle and YOUR goals.  All of my prescribed exercises are targeted for YOUR shape to transform YOUR body.  Progress is then monitored via email correspondence, photos and skype communications.

Check-ins (and entertaining, smart-assed, motivational videos) from me and my sister aka my “Client Support Manager” is also included to hopefully provide a little inspiration, hold you accountable to your goals and most importantly, keep you focused and on track.

Turn-around time for a set of plans is approximately one week from the day payment is received.

    Hi!! I think this is EXACTLY what I am looking for!! I have been trying to become vegan (from vegetarian for 20 years) for a long while now and although I am about 99% there, I still end up questioning myself –am I getting enough protein? am i eating too much fat?? lower carb? higher carb?? I could go on and on. Anyways, I would like some info on getting a food plan from you. Do I send you an overview of what I do fitness wise, my goals and what I like and dont like and you send me a meal plan with recipes? Or is it like “here is your macro breakdown for each meal now you are on your own” Also, are the prices in Canadian (I notice you are a fellow canadian–woop woop!)?

    Hey same very inspired hubby and I are on vegan protein from muscle works. We eat fish and actually stay away from beans as we trying low carb high protein. Are the beans not to high in carbs? I mix it up with tofu trout tuna and eggs. Broccoli spinach and cabbage sweet potato and heaps of salad are our staple diet. I would like to cut out the fish but another issue with the beans and lentil they cause discomfort in my gut. Oh and we in south Africa south can’t get tempeh.

    Hi,

    I have been reading your blogs and testimonials. I just recently transformed my diet. I started eating clean again in Sept. and for whatever reason my body just is not liking meat!! I cannot stomach the smell. Quite the turnoff.
    I have been working out doing a strength training program ( Jamie Eason show me the weigh) and doing hiit workouts( probably not enough cardio) I run but have not been doing much lately.
    There is sooo much info out there and I must confess a whole lot confusing. Heavier weight vs cardio….aargh
    I weighed in at 142 Sept 7 and now am at 137. My measurements have not decreased although my skin looks better and cellulite is slowly disappearing.
    I am ready to step this up a notch and need guidance..Add more cardio , do heavier weights..???
    I want to make sure I get enough protein to help aid in muscle growth. My goal is to be lean with muscle tone..
    Please give me advice..I do my workouts from home as a gym membership can be expensive ..

A lot of my clients workout from home so I’m confident I could put together a workout and vegan nutrition plan that would help keep the weight loss coming.     Hello. I would like more information on prepping for a show as a vegan. I have been vegetarian for 10 weeks and I am loving how I feel. I competed last year eating meats, and next year I would like to be a vegan competitor. Can you help in showing me how to approach this?

    Hi!! I’ve been vegan for 3 years(I’m almost 19). I’m pretty fit and workout quite a bit. I’ve just recently started looking into bodybuilding(I’d like to work on my abs mostly). To burn fat and build more muscle what’s your advice? Do I add more protein? Less carbs? I’d love to hear what you have to say! You inspire me! Thanks for your time and have a great day!:)

    I have been a vegan for 4 years and feel fantastic, however I live a very sedentary lifestyle and became a carboholic :/
    I want to change it so bad and be in the best shape I can be and be a proud 40yr old .
    I would love to hear what you suggest me because I get so confused with macros and workouts …You are an inspiration! smiles!

    Hi Sam,

    Do you train any men? I’ve been mostly vegan for 3 years now, with the few exceptions being when my wife makes a veggie lasagna or a stir-fry or something with a bit of egg. It’s better than having the spatula buried in the middle of my forehead!

    This year I am trying to get all the dairy and eggs completely out.

    I’m pretty happy with my fitness levels, but I can’t seem to drop body fat since the initial 10 or so pounds that came off.

    I’m 43 years old, 5′-6 and 215 pounds (and that hasn’t changed much in the past 3 years). Despite a high BMI I can run 10K with relative ease. I can bench over 200 lbs and squat and deadlift well over 300 lbs. I’m not a bodybuilder, but I want to get down to that fit frame I know is buried below!

    I work really hard! I work at home, and mostly make my own hours, so I have the time and flexibility to do what it takes. I have a kick-ass home gym, and I usually do cardio (HIIT) in a fasted state before the birds get up, then hot the weights about noon after a good pre-workout meal.

    I track all my calories, and have played with various macro ratios and calorie deficits, and I just can seem to find the right combo for me.

    I live in small town Ontario, so when I go to trainers here for advice they tell me to eat more animals! The vegans are yogis and runners…which is fine, but not the physique I’m after.

    I would really love to try a meal/work out plan from you…and with the bodybuilding.com $250K Challenge, you might just repeat as a training champ!

    I’m 21yrs old and currently looking for someone whos willing to coach me through my first bikini competition! I’ve been a full vegan for about 6 months now (vegetarian for 5 years).
    I live in a smaller town so it’s slim pickings for coaches and I really want a fellow vegan to help guide me!

      Hi Kristen! Haha well I can definitely relate seeing as I grew up in the middle of nowhere, being the lone vegetarian aka “weird kid” throughout elementary and high school.     Your story has been inspiring to me so I decided to reach out and ask for help. 🙂
    I am almost 23 years old and I’ve been a vegan for almost a year now. I am not looking to compete but to get more lean and to learn how to eat more properly. I stay away from processed foods I don’t eat dairy, soy or gluten. I’m 5’5 and weigh around 175lbs with a body fat percent around 33.3% I love the gym so motivation isnt the issue I think I just need help putting everything together in a organized plan to reach my goals. My ideal weight is around 133-145lbs with a body fat percent of 21-25% something healthy and maintainable. I hope to hear from you thank you!

    I’m chubby and by that I mean obese. I’m 5’8″ and 217lbs. I’m by no means competing in anything right now. Would you still consider coaching me to lose weight and build muscle?

    Hi Samantha, I left a message on another page on your site and realized it was probably not the right place. I’m needing a coach as I am planning to do a bikini comp in the fall and being vegan myself, I don’t feel like being patronized by a non vegan coach lol. I have no idea what I’m doing with regards to competition prep – that being said, I know my way around and gym and how to work out I’ve been a weightlifting gym rat for about 5 years now. I do, however, have some injuries that limit mainly lower body exercises (and unfortunately my lower body is my problem area). If I could get more info on your coaching options, that would be great.     Would love more info on s meal/training plan! I was vegan before, and need to get back to that life. I was running a lot eating vegan, and lost lot of weight. Life git crazy though and I stopped doing both of those things! I want to get back to a vegan diet and start lifting heavy (which I love).
