    Hi Sam, I’m looking for a one on one trainer to get into bikini competition shape. While I have not decided whether I will actually compete or not, I’m quite determined to get into the bikini competition shape. I am in my late 40s, have neck and thoracic injuries resulting from a car accident 4 years ago (so will need a modified program) and tend to gravitate toward a vegan diet lifestyle. I was wondering if you have had much experience with training those with similar injuries to mine? Also, I was wondering about the cost of the program with you? Thanks

      Hi Sabina! Thanks for reaching out. Are you in Ottawa? Or looking for a online coaching program? Either way, yes, I’ve worked with many different people with many different injuries. My sister will follow up with you regarding packages shortly 🙂

    Hi Sam.
    first of all you look amazing!! Im in a vegetarian diet, I have lost some weight, but I think Im ready to go to the next level since I have trained for more tan 10 years with no pretty much results, so I think a online couching program would help me a lot. I live in Australia so I would like to know if you are flexible with your busy agenda, and would like to know what is the next step from here.

      Hi Ana! Aww thanks so much for the kind words and yes, of course I’d love to work with you. I have clients all over the place so no worries on being “down unda.” 🙂 I’m actually headed to speak at a vegan expo in a couple of hours and bringing my sister with me who assists with all of my customer support. So wanted to give you a heads-up that she will respond to you as soon as we’re back (we’re home Monday night.) So hang tight and we will definitely be in touch soon.

    I saw you at a veg fest and thought you are awesome!
    I’d really like to work with you online in getting a personalized vegan meal plan and training plan that can include intermittent fasting as well and help me to really tone up- I lost a bunch of weight turning vegan but I am still soft 🙂 Please let me know about your prices and packages

    Hi Sam,

    I am interested in prepping for (my first) bikini competition and booking you as an online coach. I have been an athlete all my life and vegan for 2 years now looking to expand my horizons in the world of fitness…I am not sure how much time I will need to prep, realistically, for this based off my current physique, knowledge of competition, etc. Is that something you go over during your 30-minute Skype consultation? I am also assuming I should hire an additional coach for posing? Thanks for all your tips – I’ve (almost) read your entire site!

      Hi Morgan! Haha you sound awesome! So nice to hear from you! My sister will send you all the deets on my coaching. And yes, I always recommend to find a local posing coach because my skype posing sessions with clients just don’t have the same impact as doing it in person, with big mirrors in a studio, ya know!? And yes, I’d definitely want to see pics of how you’re currently looking before giving you a suggested timeline for prep. But again, my sister will follow up with you shortly.     Hey Sam,

    So I’m looking for an online coach to help we with a meal plan. I’m a newbie vegan (I think it”s been a month!) and I’m looking to take it to the next level.

    Do you work with men? I’m actually a Personal Trainer as well as a Videographer so my schedule is extremely busy, which is why I’m looking for an online coach who can give me an awesome meal plan, something I can prep.

    Anyways I’m wondering what are the next steps that I need to take to sign up. Thank you in advance!

    Hey Sam! Just curious if you’ll do an article or podcast on vegan acne. I don’t know if you’ve ever experienced much of it, but I’ve been doing SO much research in this area as I’m newly vegan (about a month or so) and I’ve been breaking out like crazy (when I really haven’t before). I’m curious to know if you have any tips/tricks to calm skin, etc.

    PS – LOOOOOVE your page and your podcasts 🙂

I actually keep meaning to put together a vegan skin care episode so I will definitely do that in the near future and make sure we delve into the world of acne and blemishes!     Hi Sam, I just paid for your vegan competition meal plan.This will be my first competition. I’ve been training for a couple of months but not sure my trainer is the best with a vegan diet. I’m 49 years young 5’7″ 150lbs lost 13 lbs so far 31% body fat. I walk on the treadmill every morning for1 hour burn 300cal & weight train 2 evenings with a trainer, 2 myself each week. My body is shifting nicely but feel you could bring it together better.

    I became vegan in November 2017 and am loving the lifestyle. I lost 25 lbs just by changing my diet and working out a few times a week. I’m reaching out to you because I am still wondering how to devide my meals so that I get optimum energy and nutrition and hopefully keep sliming down. I would love to have a meeting with you and get started!
